Shipping & Delivery

We ship your fresh HairSmoothies in a cooler with dry ice to your door step! We prepare your HairSmoothies with sustainably sourced extracts and locally sourced fresh ingredients, then flash freeze them to preserve the integrity & freshness. We deliver your HairSmoothies frozen and provide estimated delivery dates and times. Upon receiving, you may freeze your Hair Smoothie or pop it in the fridge if you’re ready to use it!

Local deliveries: HairSmoothies are delivered frozen with ice packs.

Out of state deliveries: HairSmoothies are delivered in cooler with dry ice to 100% guarantee freshness within the 2-day shipping window. Shipments are made every Tuesday with 2-day shipping.

RETURNS

If your HairSmoothie is defective, you may contact us within five (5) days of when you received the product and we will provide a refund or store credit for the purchase price for that item. For more information, read our Return Policy in Terms & Conditions.
